Calculator assumptions
You are responsible for the inputs you choose. The calculator estimates one payroll-rated classification using payroll and reference rates, or a base rate you enter when reference pricing is unavailable. The reference data is not verified current insurer pricing. California WCIRB pure premium results are benchmarks for claims and claim-adjustment costs, not insurance quotes; they exclude insurer overhead, commissions, taxes and profit. No individualized claims-history adjustment is assumed. North Carolina estimates use an assigned-risk benchmark with published class minimums and applicable non-ratable components; other estimates do not assume a policy minimum. Assigned-risk eligibility and voluntary-market pricing require separate review. Actual premiums may include other classifications, charges, discounts, and audit adjustments. Class-code search descriptions are reference aids. Washington requires a different rating method and is not supported by this payroll calculation.
